5Great swing!
By Kristin L. Moore
I ordered this swing (actually two of them) to replace my step 2 swings that broke. The instructions were quite easy to follow. My kids love them. They are much better than the step 2 swings that came with the swing set. The chains are covered so they don’t hurt the kids hands. They won’t break like my step 2 swings did. I would highly reccomend these swings to anyone looking to buy a swing for their swing set.

1Returning this product immediately
By Susan
We bought this swing to replace the ones on our swing set. The quality is great. The problem is the impossiblity to carry out the instructions to make these seats safe. The instructions tell you to “crimp” the hook which connects to the seat. They don’t tell you what tools or how to do it. The hook is made of very strong metal and it is impossible, impossible, impossible to move. We’ve tried different tools, consulted with neighbors. I even called the manufacturer. If you don’t crimp this hook, the seat can come off of the chain – not something you want to happen with a child mid-swing. We have no choice but to return it. We are all disappointed.

1For safety, do not purchase!!
By John Howard
We purchased this swing for my son a month or so ago. my son was swinging and it snapped off where the chain connects to the seat in mid air. It made for a horrific accident and he is now scarred for life, both physically and emotionally. weight limit says 115, my son is weighs only 65. If you care about your kids safety, dont buy this swing!!!
