Before purchasing these I had researched several back stop products from some of the traditional lacrosse vendors. Those solutions were simply not cost effective for what I wanted to do. The big difference between these nets and the backstop solutions is that the backstops will have much heavier duty netting. The key to getting these to function as you wish is hanging them with plenty of slack. I just purchased another net to add 5ft of backstop against the end of the arena where we shoot against our goal. You can use rit dye to make the nets not so noticable. I dyed mine brown, they virtually dissapear so I don’t have an eyesore in the backyard.
